Setup checklist

1. Create a Google Sheet and copy its Sheet ID.
2. Open script.google.com, create a project, and paste Code.gs.
3. Replace YOUR_SHEET_ID_HERE, run setupAllSheets, then deploy as a Web App.
4. Paste the Web App URL and Sheet ID here, then set your PIN.
